All contact details collected such as phone, email and address are used for appointment/contact purposes only.

* Phone numbers collected will be used to contact the customer should the need arise such as running late to an appointment.

* Addresses are collected to attend appointments.

* Emails are collected to issue the consultation report.

Information will never intentionally be shared to any outside party.

Cancellation Policy

While it is understandable that some situations are unavoidable, the cancellation policy is to be adhered to and it is the responsibility of the customer to read carefully.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $30.00. This does not apply to weather cancellations.
